Today marks a small-but-real milestone for Logic Building Systems: our Single-Family Home Configurator now compiles, runs, and shares. We’ve begun putting it in front of trusted partners for first impressions. If you’re holding a link, you’re among the first to see it.
Here’s what it does right now.

Start designing in seconds, not days. Open the app. You see a floor plan and a 3D view, side by side, preloaded with a standard 48×20 template: eight floor cartridges, sixteen exterior panels, three pods — kitchen, bath, and utility. Drag. Swap. Rotate. The building updates live as you go.

See the price as you build. Every element carries a transparent MSRP. The pricing panel breaks down cartridges, panels, pods, and options in real time. No estimating games. No waiting two weeks for a quote. The number you see is the number.

See the schedule, too. A simulated Delivery & Installation timeline previews ship, crane-lift, and install weeks based on your configuration. In this build: 11 weeks from order to completion. Actual dates will follow manufacturer lead times and site readiness — but the framework is live.
This is a pre-alpha preview. A beta opens alongside our Seed Round. What you’re seeing is the foundation: catalog-driven design, deterministic pricing, and transparent scheduling — the architecture that turns building a home into a purchase decision, not a drafting project.
Design as purchasing. It’s starting to work.
