Logic Accepted into Next Cohort of AI Forward Studio

We just got the news today: Logic Building Systems has been accepted into AI Forward Studio, a hands-on program hosted by Center on Rural Innovation (CORI) that helps founders move from concept to working AI prototype through focused build sprints, mentorship, and a cohort community.

Over the coming weeks, we’ll prepare for the cohort kickoff in early March and the program’s 12-week build-first cycle.

We love the intent of the studio: “AI Forward Studio is unlike traditional accelerators because it’s built specifically for rural founders and designed around one core idea: the best way to learn AI is to use it to solve real problems inside your business,” as described by CORI Executive Director Matt Dunne.

This is a perfect match for software-led offsite business (like Logic) that aim to create a clear economic bridge: we can bring outsized value by [a] organizing large urban and sub-urban building projects, but doing so from [b] rural locations where manufacturing and professional services cost less.

Logic applied with a specific aim: to test how the Configurator File Type—the open, simulation-ready “product constraint” standard emerging from the CfOC’s Future of Design & Delivery work—can integrate with AI workflows to accelerate configure-to-order housing delivery. More to come.
